The pandemic has created challenges in nearly every facet of the franchise business model, franchises sales and operations, with historic precedent. 

With fewer than five months remaining in the year, all Franchisors need to be thinking about how best to convey their Franchise Performance Representation (ITEM 19), and financial statements (given impact on royalties) as many franchisors won’t have a full-year of operation to report or will have operated with limited capacity.
