The pandemic has created challenges in nearly every facet of the franchise business model, franchises sales and operations, with historic precedent.

With fewer than five months remaining in the year, all Franchisors need to be thinking about how best to convey their Franchise Performance Representation (ITEM 19), and financial statements (given impact on royalties) as many franchisors won’t have a full-year of operation to report or will have operated with limited capacity.

Our recorded webinar will help franchisors understand what they need to know and do now with their FDD’s. The panel session will featured a leading Franchise Attorney, a Franchisor who is helping to lead their fast-casual system to record franchise sales during the pandemic, and a software product manager who will share new advances in FDD technology. Collectively, their perspectives on the power of your FDD and pragmatic changes in what, how, and when to disclose will help you greatly.

Attendees learned how to:

  1. Identify required changes to FDD’s franchisors must now consider, including Item 19 FPRs
  2. Understand the relevant legal issues that impact franchise sales during the pandemic
  3. Learn how a fast-casual brand is leveraging its FDD to drive record growth and revenue nationwide even during the Pandemic
  4. See new advances that improve the prospect experience when delivering and managing the FDD process
