In February 2021, we conducted a survey of 200+ Franchisors about the current state of their business, including unit-level performance, franchise development, and finance. Participants included franchise businesses of all sizes from a variety of industries, including Personal Services; Quick Service Restaurants; Retail Food, Products & Services; Real Estate; Business Services; and Commercial & Residential Services, among others.
The resulting analysis from the survey will help franchisors understand and benchmark how they align to their peers within and across industries and assist in making key planning decisions.
