Recorded Webinar

November 28th, 2023 true false

On October 31st, a webinar was conducted on the topic of the Keys to an Effective Training Program.  Attendees asked for a continuation of the program given that there were so many great questions asked, and we still had additional content to discuss. Therefore, we hosted a part two with four of the best training experts in the business.

Our session focused on developing best practices for training businesses and their frontline team members with awareness of the key challenges with training and a commitment to addressing these issues through a strategic and effective training program.

Picking up where we left off, the focus addressed best practices in:

  • The administration of tests and examinations
  • Ongoing development regarding new policies, products, customer experience, etc.
  • The role of technology in delivering the most effective program for the onboarding and training of front-line employees.
