  • Improved Brand User Management- Manage and filter brand users more effectively based on their association with specific brands. The introduction of the "Brand" filter, along with "Brand Name" and "User Role" columns, provides multi-brand franchisors with increased clarity and optimal user management.
  • New Playbook Progress Dashboard- Leverage the new "Playbook Progress Dashboard" to see your operations playbooks and task activity progress all in one place. This centralized view helps with clear decision-making and quick actions, leading to improved operational efficiency
  • Field Business Consultant Filter for Location Not Visited Report- Gain perspective on Franchisee locations that haven't been visited or audited by consultants within certain time intervals. The newly introduced Field Business Consultant Filter on the "Location Not Visited" report enhances franchise support and field operations.
  • Tailored Decimal Configuration for Accurate Financial Representation-Input financial details, like taxes, with precision up to 3 decimal places ensuring enhanced accuracy and confidence in financial data.
  • Centralize franchise communication from Office 365- The new FranConnect Email Uploader lets you upload multiple emails from your Office365 email account to FranConnect, without needing to download any plugin or software! Note: FranConnect Sky for Outlook add-in is no longer supported and will be retired starting January 2024. Please migrate to the new Email Uploader to continue to upload emails to FranConnect from your Office365 email account.
  • New Hub Library Now Live- Improve your franchise communications, engagement, and collaboration by effectively sharing company updates, operational manuals, marketing assets, and more.
    • Improved Interface: Enjoy a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
    • Seamless Document Previews: Preview documents for an enhanced user experience.

  • Improved Library Content Search- With the introduction of additional filter options, such as folder and upload dates in the global search results views, this update not only simplifies navigation but also ensures users can swiftly locate relevant information.
  • SAML 2.0 SSO Security Upgrade- In our continuous effort to ensure data security, we've upgraded the SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) from SHA1 to the more secure SHA256. This enhancement strengthens authentication processes, providing a safer environment for user access and data protection.
