Jason Kealey is the VP of Strategy at FranConnect. FranchiseBlast, the company he founded in 2007, was recently acquired by FranConnect. The integrated software solution for franchisors focused on improving franchise performance with easy-to-use operational tools. Jason is a licensed software engineer, has a Master’s degree in computer science, is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), and lives in Gatineau, Quebec.

Amy Perkins grew up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont where she began her ice cream career at 15 years old.  After heading away to Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and getting a BA in English – much to her accountant father’s chagrin – She moved back to Vermont, and continued her ice cream path and began working at Ben & Jerry’s.  She started as a scooper at their Flagship location and worked her way up through the Operations funnel before heading out west to work with Franchisees and Managers as their Senior Business Consultant.

Amy believes in relationship management first and foremost; and that with that the rest will surely fall into place.  Her favorite parts of her job are creating spreadsheets, analyzing numbers, and working with franchisees and their management teams toward a more profitable business. The irony of that has never been lost on her. While she has been with Ben & Jerry’s for 18 years and lives in San Francisco now, her roots will always be connected to Vermont.
