Ensure timely completion of your training programs

With our July release, instructors can now:

        • Configure completion due dates for training courses. 
        • Complete courses on time with leaner reminders that can be sent day(s) in advance of the upcoming course completion date. 
        • Receive notifications once a course is complete.
        • Gain visibility into a participants' course submission date.

FranConnect Product Release July 2022

Keep your Regional hierarchy data updated across all your systems

Using the newly added Regional API, you can manage your Regional hierarchy data within FranConnect. All currently supported operations such as Create, Update, Retrieve and Delete are available for the Regional API.

              • Manage Royalty discount categories and limit the discounts applied on the gross sales when calculating royalties owed by a franchisee.
              • Control cross-brand visibility of Supplier information from your franchisees in the Directory.
