Serving in the role since June 2019, he is responsible for the recruitment of successful franchisees for all of the company’s brands. Not only is Pearce a member of the corporate leadership team, but he is also a franchise owner of America’s Swimming Pool Company. Before joining Authority Brands, he was the Chief Development Office of Service Master Franchise Services Group. He has decades' of franchise development experience across various industries. Pearce earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
