Kurt Landwehr
Kurt Landwehr, Partner and Chief Brand Officer, BrandONE

Kurt Landwehr is the Founder of BrandONE and has been in the franchise industry for nearly 30 years. Kurt started his career at Great Clips helping that company grow from 200 locations to over 2,000 over a 10 year timeframe.  He then purchased Roosters Men’s Grooming Centers and grew that business with his partners and sold it to Regis Corp. in 2011. He went in house as the VP of Development at Regis where Kurt lead a team of developers who recruited 1,100 franchisees over a 10 year period. Today Kurt and his partners, along with their amazing team of developers, work with 15 brands to help their clients achieve their growth objectives and position  their brands for long-term success.

Robert Stidham, Founder and CEO, Summa Franchise

Robert Stidham is the Chief Executive Officer of Summa Franchise Consulting and is the Founder of Franchise Dynamics, a full-service franchise sales outsourcing firm. His companies currently either work with or represent a significant number of emerging to large-sized franchisors across virtually every segment of franchise category throughout the United States and worldwide. He is both the Founder of each of these companies and a current principal investor and partner in each firm.

Mr. Stidham is an accomplished franchise industry leader and executive with a proven track record of improving franchise company performance. His roles have increased franchise unit sales, revenue, and profitability while gaining market share; and expanded brand awareness for both new franchise concepts and established brands alike. He has held a variety of positions in the franchise industry across franchise leadership development, operations, consulting, and as a franchise company president. At present, Mr. Stidham is active in the International Franchise Association (IFA) serving as a member of the International Committee.

Keith Gerson, CFE, President of Franchise Ops, FranConnect

Keith Gerson brings 40+ years of executive level expertise as a passionate and driven Franchisor and Franchisee with a proven track-record in building rapid-growth, and highly profitable franchise organizations.
