About the Presenters

Gabby Wong, Chief Executive Officer, FranConnect

Gabby Wong is an accomplished industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in positioning SaaS businesses for high growth, customer success, and product innovation, and is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist for 2023. Gabby has held successive leadership roles within FranConnect, joining first as FranConnect’s EVP of Operations in 2016 and was promoted to CEO in 2018. Under her leadership, FranConnect has grown to be the leading SaaS provider of franchise management and growth solutions to the franchise market with over 300 employees globally and serving as the Sales, Operations, and Marketing backbone for over 1500 brands and 350,000 franchise units worldwide. Prior to FranConnect, Gabby held executive leadership positions with worldwide operating roles at successful DC and Mid-Atlantic-based private equity-backed ventures, including Primavera Systems (now Oracle), Trusted Computer Solutions (now ForcePoint), Vovici (now Verint Systems), and Clarabridge.

Nick Mecozzi
Nick Mecozzi, SVP Solutions Engineering, FranConnect

Nick Mecozzi has been with FranConnect for over 12 years during which he has held management roles in operations, sales and technology for the company and is currently Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering.  He brings over 35 years of experience in technology sales, marketing and management for companies including IBM, HP and numerous startup companies in Silicon Valley. Nick’s experience gives him a balanced knowledge of underlying technology and processes as well as the business benefits of utilizing strategic platforms and solutions in enterprise and SMB environments. Nick is a graduate of Duke University where he earned degrees in Computer Science and Economics.

James Hinks, Product Manager: World Manager, FranConnect

James Hinks has over 10 years of product experience extending across HR, Operations, Communications, and LMS across a wide range of industries. James has been with World Manager, a Division of FranConnect, since 2016. He started as an Application Support Specialist and over the last 7 years has been in multiple global roles managing support and product delivery to customers in over 60 countries.
