Jean joined The Human Bean in 2019 and helps lead all franchise development, new technology initiatives, online ordering and ecommerce efforts. Jean grew up in Austria and has worked in Asia, Europe, and the US with organizations across a wide range of industries, from technology and finance to sports and government. As a financial and operational consultant for various major corporations such as VISA, Adidas, and T-mobile, Jean has led teams analyzing and acquiring businesses, launching new services and products, and organizing international sports events.

Tim Courtney
Tim Courtney, CFE, Vice President of Franchise Development, PuroClean

Tim Courtney has served as the Vice President of Franchise Development at PuroClean since 2017. He is responsible for the domestic and international growth of the PuroClean system. His role includes use of single-unit and master franchise agreements; as well as area development and area representative agreements to achieve results. As the head of the sales team, Tim creates lead generation opportunities; approves territories, and assists in closing sales and successfully transitioning franchisees to the operations support teams. His role has had a critical impact to the overall company revenue and profitability. His specialties include: Franchise Sales, Marketing, Development, Service, Technology, Learning and Development, and Communications.

Scott Thompson
Scott Thompson, CFE, Chief Development Officer for BigBlue Swim School, Heyday Skincare & Operating Partner for L-5 Capital Partners

Scott Thompson CFE, MBA, Managing Director and Chief Development Officer for Level 5 Acceleration Services is a seasoned franchise executive with over 20+ years of franchising experience. He started his career as a multi-unit franchisee, master franchisee, franchisor executive, and now sits on the private equity side of the business.  He specializes in building emerging brands and driving enterprise value for our investors. He has had multiple successful exits with brands he has helped grow.  He lives in Roswell, GA with his beautiful Wife Elana and his Son Miles.  He loves working out at Orange Theory and Coaching his son’s baseball team.  He did his Undergrad studies at Bridgewater State University in Boston, MA in 2001 and will be finishing his MBA in March 2022  at The University of Georgia’s Terry School Business.  Go Dawgs!
