Jennifer Folger began her career in franchising 16-years ago with Arby’s Restaurant Group.  She joined the Tropical Smoothie Cafe family 6 years ago and is currently the brand’s Vice President of Franchise Development leading their franchise sales efforts. Since joining the team the brand has more than doubled in size and is rapidly approaching the celebration of their 1,000 cafe later this year.

Sean Fitzgerald, CFE is a c-level franchise executive with 25 years of experience working with brands ranging from startup franchise concepts to large developed franchise systems. This level of experience provides unique insight and perspective in growing, operating, and building franchise brands. His expertise includes franchise sales, development, marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, content marketing, lead flow management, candidate journey mapping, PR, web design, SEO/SEM, CRM, franchise operations, multi-unit development, franchise compliance, training, and franchisor/franchisee relations. Angela Paules, CMO, Buzz Franchise Brands

Angela Paules is the Chief Marketing Officer for Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB), the parent company for service brands Pool Scouts, Home Clean Heroes, and British Swim School, and founding franchisor for Mosquito Joe, which was sold in 2018 after growing to almost 300 operating units in 6 years. Angela's responsibilities span new brand development, corporate marketing and branding, franchise development marketing and marketing support for franchise partners. Her career began in advertising and included business ownership and higher education marketing before entering the franchise industry. She is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and an esteemed Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
