We’re thrilled to share that we have been graced with the honorable 2023 CARE Award from Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). Notably, this is not the first time FranConnect has been honored with the CARE Award. This year’s recognition , a demonstration of our outstanding organizational culture and employee engagement strategies, further motivates us to maintain our position as one of the most rewarding places to work in the D.C area!

The CARE Awards symbolize NVFS’s commendation for companies that proactively make the region a better place to live, work, and play. FranConnect’s commitment to an inclusive and fulfilling environment, our constant emphasis on employee well-being, our deep engagement in community practices, and our efforts toward diversity, equity, and inclusivity didn’t go unnoticed.

But we’re not just about work! Our philanthropic FranConnect Cares corporate program is a fine example of our dedication to making a difference in the local community. This year, our charitable efforts extended to the Clock Tower Thrift Store, where our team rolled up their sleeves and put in the elbow grease to give the store a much-needed overhaul. Don’t let the name fool you – this thrift store is a community gem and giving it a bit of TLC was a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

 

 

 

 

 

In addition, the FranConnect team traded in their office attire for aprons and served up a delicious brunch to the local community. There’s something incredibly satisfying about serving up home-cooked dishes to those in need, and the smiles we received in return were priceless.

This CARE Award win is not just for FranConnect but for every single one of our employees who strive to make a difference in the workplace and in our community every day. We look forward to the award reception at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner/Innovation Gallery on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
