Access your Projects checklist tasks from the task notifications

By simply clicking on the task name in the notifications, you will now be able to quickly process the task from the newly designed task view and make progress for your Projects.

 

 
Deactivate Franchise Entity records

You can now update the status to Terminated for the Franchise Entities that are no longer associated with your brand while preserving all historical activities and information. The update also removes the terminated entity record from the FranConnect interface other than the Terminated view on the Entity listing, where you can later Activate any previously deactivated entities.




Updates to the Newly Designed Hub Library [Currently in Beta Testing]


The newly designed Hub library now supports previewing the documents before downloading. Additionally, you now have additional controls and permissions to enable collaboration through Comments for your content in the library.

      • Efficiently update the email templates associated with your Workflow. You can now ensure consistent updates to the email template configured in the Workflows actions for automated notifications such as renewal, compliance notices, and franchise lead updates.
      • Automate email import for your FranConnect records, such as franchise leads and units, using FranConnect Email Capture. With this release, we have made security updates to the authentication workflow for Microsoft-hosted email clients.
      • Ensure all Unit gets assigned to a Segment and their Hierarchy levels right from the Unit profile.

      • Save time and download print-ready Credit/Debit Memo using bulk export PDF capability in Royalty Manager.
      • Make sales report adjustments to rebalance sales and royalties for financial audits. When adding audit-related adjustments, you will now be able to manage royalty calculations as a percentage of specific sales categories to ensure accurate royalty reporting.       • View the remaining minimum and maximum yearly limits(cap) applicable for the Royalty, Marketing, and other fee types on the Royalty invoice. For API updates, check out API docs at https://docs.franconnect.net/#operation/Retrieve_Royalty_Invoices.
      • Get visibility into the breakdown of the royalty owed before and after the applicable minimum, and maximum limits are applied to the royalty reporting sales categories for Royalty invoices. For API updates, check out API docs at https://docs.franconnect.net/#tag/Sales-Reports.

      • Franchisees can now easily find Units owned by them by leveraging the global search on the Unit Summary listings.
