Bill joined Home Helpers Home Care in December of 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer.  Bill oversees Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, finance, treasury, IT, risk/insurance and data analytics.  He has been a part of the leadership team that has grown the company from $125M in systemwide sales in 2014 to over $250M today, and has guided the company through two successful private equity transactions, in 2016 and 2021.

Prior to joining Home Helpers, Bill worked in a variety of accounting, audit and finance roles at companies such as Bob Evans Farms, Inc, FirstGroup America, Lexmark International and The J. Peterman Company.  Bill launched his career in Big 4 public accounting at KPMG.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration both from the University of Kentucky. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), certified internal auditor (CIA), and a U.S. Army veteran.

John is the Chief Financial Officer of School of Rock, the world's largest and most trusted multi-location music school with over 325 locations and over 55,000 students. John has extensive experience building and leading high-performing finance teams in a range of industries. John oversees the financial activities of the organization, directs the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and creates forecasts predicting future growth. Prior to joining School of Rock, he was the Vice President of Finance at Sentient Jet, a leading private aviation company, where he was responsible for the Accounting and Finance function. He has also held key financial positions at W.B Mason, Olympus, Boston Scientific, and several additional established companies. John received his BA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
