FranConnect Support For Customers During the COVID-19 Pandemic

This was a smooth transition because we already use cloud and remote-work technologies for key processes, operations, development and support. Our team is energized and adapting well to this environment. Communications between FranConnect team members and our customers will not be interrupted or affected.

We recognize that many sectors of the franchising world are particularly susceptible to the impact of this pandemic. Given our team members, their expertise and our products, we are in a unique position to help mitigate the impact for our customers and the broader franchising community.

Based on this, for the next 90 days, we are providing free access to expanded communication and engagement capabilities to address your current needs.

This complimentary service is available to FranConnect Sky customers upon request, and training will be provided as it is deployed.
